Vince Polhemus is Associate Director of Preconstruction, Facades at Clark Pacific, where he leads early-phase planning and design integration for high-performance prefabricated façade systems. With over 20 years in the glazing and façade industry, Vince brings deep expertise in cost engineering, project delivery, and building envelope optimization. His experience spans leadership roles in preconstruction and business development, including at Walters & Wolf, where he oversaw major façade projects across Southern California. At Clark Pacific, Vince supports the advancement of innovative systems like Infinite Facade, APC, GFRC, and CAPP, helping clients achieve schedule certainty, design flexibility, and sustainability goals.
