Tom Darlow is the cofounder and CEO of Artic — the manufacturing software for the factories building our world, turning design complexity into lean, flowing shop floors.
Tom has built software systems that keep the world moving — from ports and hospitals to offsite factories — in industries where downtime costs millions and failure isn’t an option.
Today, companies such as Greystar, Sekisui House, and Innovare Offsite use Artic to boost throughput, eliminate waste, and establish delivery certainty.
Outside of the day-to-day, Tom is hiking, drinking flasks of tea, making music. In 2017 he rode 28,000km across Asia on a Royal Enfield Bullet—travelling from Vietnam to the top and tail of India. Now he rides a shockingly outdated push bike to and from the office every day.
